So just what is "The Cloud?" We asked some of our employees to answer that mysterious question! Take a look at our fun video to hear their answers... http://fluiditservices.wistia.com/medias/xz067fpsz3?embedType=seo&videoFoam=true&videoWidth=740
The cloud, I mean, obviously it's, you know, storage, and the ability to--well, for me, it's the ability to be more flexible with your business and to move away from the physical hardware of the past, and have more flexibility to expand.
It's a place to backup all your data, so that it's not just on your machine.
The cloud. I guess most people think of it as virtual access from anywhere to any files or applications you may have.
The cloud, in my mind, especially the Fluid cloud, is virtually all your technology needs, all in the Fluid cloud.
The cloud is the future that is here now. It's the one solution for all the devices from anywhere.
I think the cloud is like a timeshare, so that my data can be stored but I can share space with other users and I only have to pay for what I use, instead of committing to a larger amount of space.
In my words, the cloud is basically awesome. The cloud will allow you to do pretty much anything: gain access to your information, any applications that may be running on the Internet at any time, any place that you have a connection to the Internet.
From a high level, the cloud is peace of mind. You don't have to own any more IT. You ratchet it up to whatever you need, whether it's CPU, memory storage, you name it. You can get what you need without having to buy the hardware.
[interviewer] So, Robert, in your own words, what is the cloud? The cloud is peace of mind. It's science. Ask Mr. White, yo!
[male voice] No!
Want me to have my Fit Bit right here?
[interviewer] Looks good. So, Devin, in your own words--Wait, you started recording?!
